By using our website, requesting a quotation, approving a sample or proof, placing an order, or making payment, you agree to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For individual orders, the specifications, prices, payment terms, delivery terms, and other conditions stated in an approved quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or other written agreement will take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

2. Quotations and Pricing
Quotations are prepared based on information supplied by the customer, including product dimensions, materials, component quantities, finishing requirements, order quantity, packaging, artwork, shipping destination, and other specifications.
Unless otherwise stated:
- A quotation is not considered a confirmed production order.
- Prices may change if specifications, quantities, materials, packaging, exchange rates, shipping requirements, or other project conditions change.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, certification costs, testing fees, and other third-party charges are not included unless specifically stated.
- Production will begin only after the required specifications, approvals, and payments have been received.
If information provided during the quotation stage is incomplete or inaccurate, Hicreate Games may revise the quotation after the final specifications are confirmed.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed when the applicable commercial terms have been accepted and the required payment has been received.
The confirmed order specifications may include:
- Product dimensions
- Materials
- Printing methods
- Surface finishes
- Component quantities
- Packaging structure
- Order quantity
- Approved artwork
- Approved proof or sample
- Delivery method
- Other technical requirements
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before approval.
Hicreate Games will manufacture products according to the latest specifications and files formally approved by the customer.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or order confirmation.
Production may be suspended until any required deposit, balance payment, sample fee, tooling fee, shipping charge, or other agreed payment has been received.
Bank fees, payment processing fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion costs, and similar charges are the responsibility of the party specified in the applicable quotation or invoice.
Failure to make payment according to the agreed schedule may result in production or shipment delays.
5. Artwork and File Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing production-ready artwork and files that meet the specifications supplied by Hicreate Games.
Artwork may need to meet requirements relating to:
- Bleed
- Safe zones
- Resolution
- Color mode
- Fonts
- Image quality
- Dielines
- Cut lines
- Special finishes
- Embedded or outlined text
Hicreate Games may identify obvious technical issues during artwork checking, but our review does not constitute professional proofreading or legal review.
The customer remains responsible for checking spelling, numbers, game rules, translations, graphics, barcodes, trademarks, regulatory statements, and all other content.
6. Proof and Sample Approval
Depending on the project, Hicreate Games may provide digital proofs, physical prototypes, pre-production samples, material samples, or production samples.
Customers must carefully review the relevant proof or sample before approval.
Approval confirms acceptance of matters including, where applicable:
- Artwork
- Layout
- Dimensions
- Text
- Components
- Materials
- Colors
- Finishes
- Packaging structure
- Assembly configuration
Once a proof or sample has been approved and production has begun, changes may result in additional costs and production delays.
Hicreate Games is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied files that were reproduced according to an approved proof or sample.
7. Printing, Color, and Manufacturing Tolerances
Custom manufacturing involves industrial printing, cutting, molding, finishing, and assembly processes. Minor variations may therefore occur between samples, production batches, or individual units.
These may include reasonable variations in:
- Printed colors
- Material shades
- Dimensions
- Cutting position
- Folding position
- Surface texture
- Coating
- Lamination
- Component weight
- Assembly
- Packaging
Colors displayed on computer or mobile screens may differ from printed products because screens use different display technologies and color settings.
Physical samples can be used where more precise color or material evaluation is required.
A minor variation that does not materially affect the normal function or overall intended appearance of the product will not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.
Where specific tolerances are commercially important, they should be agreed in writing before production.
8. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of their original artwork, game designs, trademarks, logos, illustrations, text, rules, characters, and other intellectual property supplied to Hicreate Games.
Submitting content to Hicreate Games does not transfer ownership of that content to Hicreate Games.
The customer grants Hicreate Games a limited right to use the supplied files solely as reasonably necessary to quote, prototype, manufacture, inspect, package, and fulfill the customer's order.
9. Confidentiality
Hicreate Games will take reasonable measures to protect non-public customer information, project files, artwork, product specifications, and other confidential materials supplied for manufacturing purposes.
Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) has been signed, the NDA will govern confidentiality matters covered by that agreement.
Customer artwork or unreleased game projects will not be publicly displayed as portfolio or promotional material without appropriate authorization.
10. Tooling, Molds, Dielines, and Production Materials
Certain projects may require tooling, molds, cutting dies, printing plates, fixtures, digital production files, or other manufacturing resources.
Ownership, storage, reuse, and maintenance of customer-specific tooling will be determined by the applicable quotation or written agreement.
Payment of a tooling charge does not automatically transfer ownership of all underlying production equipment, engineering files, manufacturing know-how, or proprietary processes unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Order Changes and Cancellation
Customers should confirm all specifications before production begins.
Changes requested after order confirmation may require:
- Revised pricing
- New artwork
- New samples
- Replacement materials
- New tooling
- Additional labor
- A revised production schedule
Once materials have been purchased, tooling has been produced, printing has started, or manufacturing is underway, amounts already incurred may be non-refundable.
Any cancellation or change will be evaluated according to the stage of the project and the actual costs already incurred.
12. Production Schedule
Estimated production times are based on the specifications and information available when the schedule is provided.
Production time normally begins only after all required conditions have been completed, which may include:
- Final artwork approval
- Sample approval
- Specification confirmation
- Required payment
- Material confirmation
Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delays caused by customer revisions, late approvals, incomplete artwork, payment delays, compliance testing, material shortages, or other circumstances outside Hicreate Games' reasonable control may extend the production schedule.
13. Quantity Variations
Certain custom manufacturing processes may result in small variations between the ordered quantity and final usable production quantity.
Where an overrun or underrun tolerance applies, it should be stated in the quotation, purchase order, or other written agreement.
If an exact quantity is required, the customer should notify Hicreate Games before confirming the order so appropriate production arrangements can be evaluated.
14. Product Testing and Regulatory Compliance
Different products and destination countries may have different safety, labeling, testing, certification, import, and regulatory requirements.
Customers are responsible for informing Hicreate Games of applicable requirements for their intended market before production.
Where requested, Hicreate Games may assist in arranging testing or providing available documentation relating to applicable standards.
Unless expressly included in writing, Hicreate Games does not guarantee that a customized product automatically complies with every regulation in every country or market.
Requirements relating to matters such as age grading, warnings, packaging labels, children's product regulations, chemical restrictions, or product certifications should be confirmed before production.
15. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods may include courier, air freight, sea freight, rail freight, or other agreed transportation methods.
Shipping terms, freight charges, delivery arrangements, and applicable Incoterms, where used, will be stated in the relevant quotation or shipping documentation.
Estimated transit times provided by Hicreate Games or logistics providers are estimates only.
Actual delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Customs clearance
- Port congestion
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Inspections
- Peak shipping seasons
- Local transportation
- Import documentation
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate consignee, delivery, customs, and contact information.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and destination charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Inspection and Claims
Customers should inspect delivered products promptly after receipt.
If a manufacturing defect, shortage, incorrect component, or shipping-related issue is discovered, the customer should contact Hicreate Games promptly and provide reasonable supporting information such as:
- Order number
- Photographs
- Videos
- Quantity affected
- Packaging photographs
- Description of the issue
Hicreate Games will review the issue based on the approved specifications, samples, manufacturing tolerances, and available evidence.
Where Hicreate Games confirms that products materially fail to meet agreed specifications due to our manufacturing error, an appropriate remedy may be discussed based on the circumstances of the affected order.
Remedies may include replacement, rework, credit, partial refund, or another commercially reasonable solution where appropriate.
17. Custom Products and Returns
Most Hicreate Games products are manufactured specifically according to individual customer specifications and therefore cannot normally be resold.
Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or refund solely because the customer changes their mind after production.
Claims involving confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect production, shortages, or other fulfillment errors will be handled under the inspection and claims provisions above.
